Spiritual guidance for where you are—and where you are becoming.
There are times in life when something shifts.
You may be questioning the direction your life is taking. You may be moving through a major transition, an awakening, a loss, or a period of profound inner change. You may simply have the feeling that there is more to understand about yourself and the life you are living.
Sometimes you need perspective.
Sometimes you need a place to explore what you are experiencing without having someone tell you what you should think or believe.
And sometimes you know that you are ready to go deeper.
My work is about meeting you where you are and creating a space where you can slow down, listen, explore, and develop a deeper understanding of your own experience.
I don’t believe there is one approach that works for everyone.
That is why I work through five complementary areas:

Each serves a different purpose. Sometimes one is enough. Sometimes the work naturally develops from one area into another.
The starting point is always you.
1. Evidential Mediumship
When you long to reconnect with someone you love, find reassurance, or explore the possibility that our connection continues beyond death.
Evidential mediumship offers a private, one-to-one opportunity to explore the possibility of communication with loved ones who have died.
During a session, I share impressions that may include personal details, memories, personality traits, shared experiences, and other information that may help you recognise the person being communicated. The aim is to offer meaningful evidence for your consideration, while allowing you to decide for yourself what resonates with your experience.
Communication may also include impressions suggesting an awareness of your present life, relationships, interests, or circumstances. These moments can sometimes bring a different perspective to the questions you have been carrying or the experiences you are navigating.
Every session is different. I cannot guarantee who may come forward, what information may emerge, or how the experience will unfold. My role is to share the impressions I receive with care, honesty, and respect for your individual experience.
Evidential mediumship may be meaningful when you are:
- Longing to reconnect with a loved one who has died
- Wondering whether our relationships continue beyond physical death
- Hoping to receive recognisable memories, personal details, or meaningful evidence
- Seeking comfort while navigating bereavement
- Curious about mediumship and the possibility of communication with spirit
- Exploring your own spiritual beliefs and understanding of life beyond death
- Looking for an opportunity to reflect on the continuing significance of someone you love
A session is an invitation to explore, not a promise of a particular outcome. You are encouraged to approach the experience with an open mind and your own discernment.

2. Psychic Reading
When you need perspective, clarity, or a deeper understanding of your life and spiritual path.
A psychic reading is a private, one-to-one opportunity to explore your life, relationships, circumstances, and the possibilities that may lie ahead from a broader spiritual perspective.
You may be navigating a difficult decision, facing a period of change, or trying to make sense of recurring patterns in your life. You may have questions about your direction, your deeper nature, or the purpose behind your experiences.
A reading brings together psychic impressions and a deeper, soul-centred perspective, creating space to explore not only what may be happening in your life, but also what your experiences may reveal about your personal and spiritual development.
The purpose is not to tell you how to live your life or determine your future.
It is to offer insight, encourage reflection, and help you consider your circumstances with greater awareness.
A reading may be helpful when you are:
- At a crossroads or beginning a new chapter
- Looking for perspective on relationships or life circumstances
- Exploring recurring patterns or experiences
- Considering your direction, aspirations, or sense of purpose
- Navigating a period of personal or spiritual change
- Seeking a deeper understanding of yourself and your inner life
- Carrying questions that you haven’t found a place to explore
A reading can stand on its own, offering a fresh perspective on where you are in life and what may be asking for your attention.

3. GUIDED HEALING MEDITATION
A return to stillness, awareness, and inner connection.
Modern life rarely gives us much opportunity to become genuinely still.
Guided healing meditation creates intentional space to step away from the constant activity of everyday life and turn your attention inward.
Through guided meditation, breath, imagery, awareness, and spiritual intention, we create an environment where you can become more present to your inner experience.
This isn’t about trying to force an experience or achieve a particular state.
It is about learning to become quieter, more aware, and more receptive.
Meditation can also become a foundation for deeper spiritual development.
Over time, regular practice may help you become more familiar with your own inner landscape and more comfortable listening to what arises within you.
Guided meditation may be appropriate when you are:
- Feeling overwhelmed by the pace of life
- Looking for greater stillness and inner awareness
- Beginning or deepening a meditation practice
- Exploring spiritual connection
- Wanting dedicated time for reflection
- Learning to become more comfortable with your inner experience

4. TRANSPERSONAL (REGRESSION) HYPNOSIS
When you are ready to explore what lies beneath the surface.
There are aspects of our experience that are not always accessible through ordinary conscious thinking.
Transpersonal hypnosis provides a structured way to explore inner experience through focused attention and an expanded state of awareness.
Depending on your goals, a session may involve exploring patterns, memories, beliefs, emotional experiences, symbolic material, or questions surrounding your personal and spiritual development.
Regression work may also be incorporated when appropriate.
The emphasis is not on creating a particular story or forcing an interpretation.
It is on exploration.
You remain an active participant in the process, with the opportunity to observe, question, and develop your own understanding of what emerges.
Transpersonal hypnosis may be worth exploring when you:
- Want to understand recurring patterns
- Are curious about experiences beneath conscious awareness
- Want to explore memories or earlier experiences
- Are interested in regression work
- Want to examine deeply held beliefs or perceptions
- Are exploring the relationship between consciousness and personal experience
- Feel ready for a more inward and experiential approach

5. SPIRITUAL MENTORSHIP
For those who want support beyond a single session.
A reading can offer insight.
A meditation can create stillness.
A hypnosis session can open a deeper area of exploration.
But sometimes what you are looking for is continuity.
Spiritual mentorship is for people who want to work with someone over a period of time as their understanding, practice, and experience continue to develop.
This is not about someone becoming dependent on another person for answers.
It is about having a consistent space to examine your experiences, ask difficult questions, recognize patterns, and remain engaged with your own development.
Mentorship may be especially valuable during periods of significant spiritual growth or transition, when what you are experiencing cannot necessarily be understood in one conversation.
We can work with what is actually happening in your life rather than trying to fit your experience into a predetermined spiritual system.
Mentorship may be appropriate when you:
- Are going through a significant period of spiritual development
- Are experiencing an awakening or major inner transition
- Want ongoing support rather than occasional sessions
- Are developing a spiritual practice
- Have experiences you want to understand more deeply
- Want someone to help you stay grounded while exploring deeper questions
- Are ready to commit to your development over time
Mentorship is intentionally more selective than my other services.
It requires commitment from both sides and is generally structured around an ongoing period of work rather than a single appointment.
